We are seeking experienced Semiconductor Field Service Engineers to support critical metrology equipment used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role will support corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, tool uptime,


The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical problem solving, preventative maintenance, production support, and a commitment to maximizing tool uptime, within a high-tech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM)
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures
  • Repair equipment and restore tools to production
  • Replace failed parts, components, and assemblies
  • Perform equipment calibration, alignment, and verification
  • Support tool uptime, reliability, and performance
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, vacuum, robotics, motion-control, and wafer-handling systems
  • Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and qualifications as needed
  • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Document service activity, repairs, parts usage, and technical findings
  • Provide direct technical support to customers
  • Work independently and take ownership of equipment issues through resolution


What We're looking for

This role requires semiconductor equipment experience.

  • 2+ years supporting semiconductor tools or equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills at system and component level
  • Experience with metrology, vacuum, or plasma systems preferred
  • Ability to read electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom production environment
