Entrepreneur with plans for the following seeks project manager to develop and manage several projects some which are....
+ Building housing for the homeless that in best case scenario offers 12 million net annually to the city of San Diego, and potentially removes the 300 plus million dollars San Diego spends annually on homelessness.
+ Building truly affordable housing for the poor at rental rates under 50% of what current so-called affordable rental rates are
+ Offering a affordable basic healthcare plan that includes alternative health Care and dental implants for about $150 a month no deductibles or copays possibly free for qualified recipients of government subsidies
+Creating an investment group to fund projects dealing with healing the world
+ Promoting belief in God
+ Uniting Christians to obey God in helping the poor and the needy and fighting the rise of evil.
+ Addressing our national and global divide, the who the how, the threat and the dangers
+ Providing low cost attorney representation for poor victims suffering from Injustice.
Key attributes of the person I'm seeking would include reliability, trustworthiness, resourcefulness, take charge leadership qualities, pleasant personality .
I'm looking for someone to take the ball and run with it as I have health issues and cannot be involved in the day-to-day operations.
The candidate must be able to conduct fundraising, promoting the projects, assist in initiating lawsuits against the city, county and State for their gross mismanagement of funds earmarked for helping homeless ( which would generate public awareness of these projects ) and also suing them to force them into submission in adopting policies that favor development of true low income housing, drumming up public support to change city and state policies debilitating of achieving low cost housing and removing politicians that are in the way.
Salary is negotiable.
