The Warehouse Operations Lead - Inbound is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of inbound warehouse activities, ensuring materials and products are received, inspected, documented, and moved into appropriate storage
locations accurately and efficiently.
This role serves as the primary point of coordination for the inbound warehouse team, bridging frontline associates and leadership to ensure receiving, unloading, putaway, replenishment, and related inventory processes are executed safely,
efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and WMS procedures.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate inbound workflow, support team performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure consistent operational discipline in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
● 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
● Prior experience in a lead or senior associate role.
● Strong understanding of inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection, putaway, replenishment, and inventory movement.
● Experience working with WMS systems and RF scanners.
● Ability to coordinate workflow and provide direction to frontline warehouse associates.
● Strong understanding of inventory accuracy and warehouse process controls.
● Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
● Ability to work effectively with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams.
