Desired qualifications and experience:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices in remote service delivery
Ability to devise and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Skilled in informal and formal speech and language assessments for school settings
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Commitment to cultural sensitivity and teamwork within multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students ages preschool through high school
Engage in both direct therapy and consultation/collaboration with teachers, families, and support personnel
Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements
Track progress and create detailed reports for compliance and communication with stakeholders
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interventions that support academic and social success
Adapt strategies to various learning environments, including on-site and teletherapy
