Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices in remote service delivery
  • Ability to devise and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Skilled in informal and formal speech and language assessments for school settings
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to cultural sensitivity and teamwork within multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students ages preschool through high school
  • Engage in both direct therapy and consultation/collaboration with teachers, families, and support personnel
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP requirements
  • Track progress and create detailed reports for compliance and communication with stakeholders
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interventions that support academic and social success
  • Adapt strategies to various learning environments, including on-site and teletherapy
