Order Management: Monitor online orders, assist with customer inquiries, and coordinate shipping and fulfillment as needed.
Performance Tracking: Monitor online sales, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Business Growth: Identify new online sales opportunities and recommend ways to improve our online presence.
