Zoi and Mind Clinics is looking for an experienced ABA Scheduler to join our team. The ABA Scheduler is responsible for coordinating ABA services with our clientele and clinical staff.
Office Location: Indio, CA
Office Hours: 2pm - 7pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination and scheduling of ABA therapy sessions
- Update session times
- Maintain up-to-date records of client and staff schedules
- Identify staffing needs and support recruitment of behavior therapists
- Match new and existing behavior therapists' availabilities with client's availability, location, and skills
- Enter Authorizations/hours into the system
- Monitor contract fulfillment for each client based on authorized services.
- Track and address cancellations
- Create make-up sessions
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience (ABA preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual-Spanish
- Reliable transportation (driver's license/car insurance)
- Knowledge of the ABA strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling applications preferred
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures such as filing, record keeping, and operation of standard office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time, coordinate schedules, and adapt to change under strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
