We manufacture multiple brands that are compliant now and will continue to be as we approach changes in December, including one of the most sought-after products on the market, Kushy Bar Blue Lotus and Trap'd out HTE. We’re seeking qualified high energy sales prospectors to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. Industry experience is a requirement for this position.
Objectives of This Role
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our product solutions meet the needs of customers
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage daily workflow.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Must have 2 years of industry experience
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in either the Vape, Hemp, or Kratom
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
