Looking for an exceptional engineer to lead red-teaming and evaluation of frontier AI agents.
You'll:
<ul>
<li>Own AI agent assessments end-to-end: scoping, testing, remediation, and certification</li>
<li>Build and improve the infrastructure powering red-team evaluations</li>
<li>Develop and productize novel adversarial attacks</li>
<li>Define quality standards for AI evaluations</li>
<li>Create AI-native workflows and internal tools</li>
<li>Help establish how emerging agent categories are evaluated</li>
</ul>
We're looking for someone who:
<ul>
<li>Has strong backend engineering skills and writes production-grade code</li>
<li>Enjoys working with complex AI systems and agent workflows</li>
<li>Can translate technical tradeoffs to security and executive stakeholders</li>
<li>Moves quickly with a high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset</li>
<li>Is AI-native in how they work and build</li>
<li>Has strong CS/engineering fundamentals</li>
<li>Communicates clearly and concisely on technical topics</li>
<li>Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments</li>
</ul>
