We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, advertising, and business development.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.
What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers while supporting marketing and promotional campaigns for our clients.
- Represent client brands through direct marketing and face-to-face customer engagement
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Interact directly with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Build positive relationships with customers and create a professional brand experience
- Support marketing and sales activities at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
- Learn and apply proven sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
- Track customer interactions, campaign activity, and basic performance metrics
- Work with team members to meet sales, marketing, and customer engagement goals
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase brand awareness
Qualifications
- No previous experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Customer-focused and professional
- Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in marketing, sales, direct marketing, advertising, customer service, or business development
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, fundraising, or volunteer experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
