Job Description:
- The HVAC Warehouse Associate supports daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for installation teams, and upholding safety and quality standards.
- Mon-Fri
- 2nd Shift, Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekly pay
- Off Weekends
Duties
Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Assist in pulling parts and products for sales or service orders
- Support Counter Sales staff with customer inquiries and transactions as needed
- Operate sit down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification a plus)
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience ( HVAC or industrial parts industry a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, email, data entry)
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help other departments
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Sit Down forklift Experience
