Full Job Description
Full Steam Staffing is hiring reliable and energetic Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing and production team. In this fast-paced position, you will assemble parts, inspect finished goods, and ensure products are built to client specifications along a high-speed production line.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble component parts on a continuous assembly line using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and job tickets accurately
- Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure high-quality standards and detect defects
- Feed raw materials into production equipment and clear jams or basic line obstructions
- Package, label, and box finished goods for final shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, strictly following all safety protocols
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday; occasional overtime or weekend hours may be required)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
