About the Opportunity
This role involves supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on preparing shipments, organizing product components, and ensuring accurate handling of materials.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
- Assist customers with order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; provide basic customer service functions
- May perform basic modifications to parts of customer products per specified requirements
- Oversight of outbound shipment processes
- Assist with handling incoming telephone inquiries, and other administrative duties as requested
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment as well as the safety and security of all employees by following all safety and company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidents
- Contribute and implement process suggestions in order to continuously improve warehouse operations
- Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify supervisor in order to correct issue
- Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety risk
- This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance

- Ability to bend and lift regularly during shifts
- Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment
- Strong ability to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
