Facilities Maintenance Technician – Hospital
Pay: $26.75/hour (W-2)
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90017
Job Type: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs at a hospital facility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with building maintenance and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
- Complete basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to facility needs.
- Work independently while maintaining safety and service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school education.
- Valid California Driver’s License (required).
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred: Two years of maintenance experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
