**Exciting Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse** **Job Description:** - Embark on an adventure in the breathtaking Eastern Sierra! - Join a dynamic team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse. - Enjoy year-round outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, biking, and paddleboarding. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess and monitor patients' physical status. - Collect and record essential data through interviews, observations, and consultations. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on surgery and patient needs. - Anticipate and adapt to changes during surgical procedures. - Maintain a sterile field and demonstrate competency in O.R. standards. - Anticipate equipment and supply needs before surgical cases. - Collaborate effectively with patients, peers, and physicians. **Who You Are:** - Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills. - A critical thinker and collaborative team player. **Qualifications:** - Valid State of California Registered Nurse License. - American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications. - Minimum of two years of experience in an operating room. - Experience with Cerner and CNOR preferred. - Strong comfort level with Orthopedics, general, and ENT surgeries. **Job Features:** - 12-hour varied shifts, 7a-7:30p with weekends and holidays. - Call coverage required with one call shift per week. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
