Role Description The Registered Dental Assistant at Eden Dental Center will support onsite dental services provided for the dental team and patients ensuring high standards of oral care in a professional environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with dentistry procedures, preparing treatment areas, maintaining and organizing dental instruments, and supporting clinicians during examinations and treatments. The role involves performing sterilization processes, promoting infection control, and providing patient education on oral care and dental hygiene. The assistant will also help with appointment preparation, basic record documentation related to dental services, and coordination with external dental providers as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hayward, CA.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Dental Care and Oral Care, with a commitment to patient comfort and safety.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Dentistry and Dental Assisting to effectively support clinical procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sterilization and infection control to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
- Current registration or licensure as a Dental Assistant in California (or eligibility to obtain) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse patients and colleagues.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliability in managing instruments, supplies, and documentation.
- CPR certification and familiarity with basic dental radiography are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic or medical office setting is preferred.
