\n Job Summar

\n

yOur client is seeking a Finance Consultant to support cash planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis within a fast-paced finance organization. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining cash forecasting models, supporting treasury and financial planning activities, performing variance analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

.Job Responsibilitie

\n

\n
• sSupport cash planning activities, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and ad hoc financial analyses

\n

• .Prepare and maintain company cash forecasting models

\n

• .Develop and maintain rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts, including actual-to-forecast reconciliations and variance analysis

\n

• .Partner with Accounting and Treasury teams to monitor and report weekly cash flow activity

\n

• .Collaborate with business units to collect financial forecasts, actual results, and supporting explanations

\n

• .Maintain financial planning models for multiple revenue streams and business operations

\n

• .Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline financial planning processes

\n

• .Assist in managing financial risks and opportunities to support cash flow and profitability objectives

\n

• .Prepare financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for leadership

\n

• .Work collaboratively with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and cross-functional business teams

\n

• .Perform other duties as assigned

.Job Requirement

• sMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, finance, accounting, treasury, or a related finance environment

\n

• .Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

\n

• .Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis

\n

• .Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting principles

\n

• .Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint preferred

\n

• .Experience with Hyperion and Essbase preferred

\n

• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\n

• .Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\n

• .Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

\n

• .Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

\n

• .Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

\n

• .Entertainment or media industry experience is preferred but not required
