Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Diana Zschaschel DDS is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our dental practice in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Location: West L.A. Brentwood area near UCLA

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and professional first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient calendar
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
• Coordinate patient follow-ups and ensure treatment plan acceptance and scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in dental practice management software

Requirements:

• Prior dental front office or treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented team player
• Comfortable providing attentive, respectful care to diverse patient groups, including neurodiverse and special needs individuals.
