- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), billing data, and patient documentation while strictly adhering to HIPAA privacy standards.
- Assist patients in understanding out-of-pocket costs and treatment options.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare finance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, customer service, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, medical billing software, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims processing, and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
