Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic supply chain initiatives within a complex manufacturing and technology environment. The role will focus on supply chain planning, strategic sourcing, procurement, inventory and materials management, supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives supporting business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives.
- Lead supply chain planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management activities.
- Partner with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance teams to develop supply chain strategies.
- Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, inventory efficiency, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead risk mitigation, business continuity, and supplier recovery initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to supply chain managers and functional teams.
- Support talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage supplier relationships and support supplier development and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support budgets, cost management programs, inventory optimization, and financial objectives.
- Utilize data-driven analysis and supply chain analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and organizational objectives.

Requirements:
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of Supply Chain Management experience or related experience.
- Strong senior-level leadership and management experience within a supply chain organization.
- Experience leading large and complex supply chain organizations in manufacturing, technology, electronics, or industrial environments.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain planning, forecasting, and materials management.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, supplier development, and supplier performance.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
- Experience with supply chain risk management, risk mitigation, and business continuity initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgets, cost optimization, inventory management, and P&L objectives.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Electronics, high-tech manufacturing, contract manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, automotive, medical device, or aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
- SAP, Oracle, S&OP, Lean/Six Sigma, global supply chain, strategic transformation, or supplier risk management experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.
