Emerald Technologies is excited to welcome a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to our Brea, CA team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing facility operations, building maintenance, equipment preventive maintenance programs, contractor management, environmental health and safety support, and capital improvement projects to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, compressed air, parking lots, grounds, and general building systems.
- Manage and support maintenance personnel in the execution of preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, troubleshooting activities, and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage facility-related capital projects, equipment installations, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades while minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations.
- Maintain maintenance inventories, spare parts, tools, consumables, janitorial supplies, and service records required to support facility and equipment reliability.
- Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs, hazardous materials management, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements including applicable reporting and documentation.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to identify maintenance priorities, improve equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
