Are you outgoing, motivated, bilingual, and ready to grow in sales? Ayala Insurance Agency is looking for two enthusiastic, part-time Bilingual Agency Associates to join our team in San Marcos, California!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs.
• Prepare quotes and support new policy sales.
• Assist existing clients with policy updates and service requests.
• Build customer relationships in English and Spanish.
• Process premium payments and maintain accurate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• At least six months of experience in sales, customer service, or office administration.
• Active California P&C license preferred; unlicensed candidates must be willing to pass the licensing exam, with training support provided.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work 100% in person in San Marcos, CA.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Commission-based compensation — no base salary.
• Uncapped commission opportunities based on sales performance.
• Approximately 35 hours per week.
• In-office position in San Marcos, California.
• At-will employment with a 90-day onboarding/probationary period.
