This full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 85,000 annually, is focused on supporting clients through their mental health journeys in the safety and comfort of their own homes.

Work Environment\n
This role offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth work setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients across the state of California. You will benefit from a structured schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Collaborating with a diverse group of clinicians virtually prepares our therapists to manage their caseload efficiently while promoting work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities\n
In this role, you will:

- Conduct initial intake assessments to understand client histories and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Track treatment progress meticulously, ensuring timely updates to clinical notes and treatment plans adhering to best practices.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and internal training meetings to enhance your skills and learn from seasoned professionals.
- Collaborate with external providers and agencies to coordinate care and share resources.
- Uphold rigorous ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Our client population primarily includes individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- Possession of an Associate Registration in Marriage and Family Therapy (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in California.
- A bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; master’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Commitment to maintaining a regular caseload while effectively managing time and organizational demands.
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a client-centered approach in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n
While prior mental health or counseling experience is not a strict requirement, candidates with at least one year of experience in a related clinical setting will find themselves well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities within this role. New graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.
