Position: Warehouse Associate
City: Rialto, CA
Pay Range: $16.90-$17.00
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) + Overtime Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Material Handling & Physical Work
- Lift, move, and stack products safely (various weights)
- Load and unload shipments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Teamwork & Productivity
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
- Support team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
