Registered Nurse – ICU (Travel) opportunity in Sonora, CA. Start date 08/17/2026 for an estimated 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,727–$1,785 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting is a short-term acute care hospital, focused on critical care and collaborative interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, coordinated nursing care for ICU patients using the nursing process
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies, and respond to changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and coordinate discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families, provide health information, and support treatment goals
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff as assigned, ensuring patient safety and quality care
Requirements
- Active RN license in California (state of practice)
- Two years of recent RN experience in ICU/acute care or equivalent field
- BLS certification (AH or ARC policy); ACLS and PALS (or ARC equivalents) required
- BSN preferred; acute care facility experience preferred
- Ability to work night shift and function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
