Luv Bridal is looking to connect with an experienced and driven manager to lead our LA Flagship Showroom and bring the bridal magic to life in this dynamic market. What Youll Do
As a Showroom Manager, youll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional results while curating a 5-star bridal experience thats truly unforgettable. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve monthly sales targets both closing ratio and total revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performing stylists who reflect our brand values
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance development
- Oversee daily showroom operations including scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- Merchandise gowns and accessories; forecast and purchase new samples and back stock
- Build strong rapport with clients and navigate emotionally charged situations with care and professionalism
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 8 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 6 years of high-level management experience
- Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for bridal, fashion, and luxury customer service (bridal experience preferred)
