Job DescriptionTutor Job Description:Education Enrichment Services (EES) is a tutoring, education, and academic intervention company offering part-time positions for teachers.
EES is hiring talented, creative, and ambitious individuals. Locations: We have offices in Roseville and El Dorado Hills.
All tutor candidates undergo a rigorous, multi-step interview process in which they must demonstrate an exceptional teaching ability.

Tutor Requirements:
- Available for at least 6 hours/week between 12 pm and 9 pm. Must be available for after-school and weekend hours to serve students.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of teaching /tutoring experience required.
- Of particular interest is high-level mathematics, especially at the high school and college levels, reading intervention, and special needs.
- Must have reliable transportation and a laptop.
- Must clear Live Scan Background check.
Tutor Responsibilities:
- Tutoring occurs mostly in the afternoons and evenings until 9 pm.
- Frequently placed with a student for 2-hour sessions to maximize your time.
- Candidates reflect a high level of professionalism in presentation and communication.
- Experienced in tutoring skills with a passion for teaching.
- A dynamic individual with great people skills and an outgoing personality.
Tutor Benefits We offer:
- Competitive pay structure: ($25 to $35) per hour, depending upon relevant experience and education.
- Contract position. (1099).
