Our team is seeking a compassionate, service-focused individual for our personal care attendant role. As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
-
Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home

Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques
-
Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)

Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
