Customer Service Sales Representative / Cloverdale, CA
Summary:
Were seeking an ambitious, hardworking and friendlyCustomer Service Sales Representativeto be part of our growing team in Cloverdale, CA! Our family owned 2nd generation agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service.This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.
Customer Service Sales RepresentativeDuties:
- Assist with inbound customer calls
- Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
- Follow-up with existing and potential clients
- Review billing questions with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
License:
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (CA)
