We are seeking a licensed registered allergy nurse to become a part of our team! We are a two physician allergy and immunology practice in West Los Angeles. You will perform routine patient care and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient care duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks including allergy skin testing, allergy shots, IM injections, venipuncture pulmonary function testing and allergy shot/antigen mixing
- Communicate with insurance companies for medication prior authorizations.
- Supervise our allergy shot practice
- Answer patient phone concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in allergy and immunology or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
