Job Description
Job Description
San Francisco, CA · On-site · Full-time Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 + competitive equity
About the Company
Our client is an AI-powered insurance platform that automates the entire claims process — from intake and fraud detection to settlement — helping insurers handle claims faster, more accurately, and at lower cost. It pairs automation with human expertise to act as a next-generation, AI-native claims operator, improving loss ratios and reducing manual work across the claims lifecycle. It sells into large, established insurance companies where claims are a cost center, buyers are senior, and sales cycles are long — trust is the currency that moves deals.
Founded 2025 · 11–50 people · Industry: FinTech / Insurtech
The Role
The client is hiring an Events Manager who thinks in programs, not one-offs, and who genuinely cares about the people in the room. Buyers are busy, skeptical, and have seen every standard playbook from incumbents they've trusted for decades — the role is about understanding what makes someone like that feel cared for, and having the creativity and follow-through to deliver it without a single visible flaw.
Tools: LinkedIn and comparable platforms for pre- and post-event amplification (nice-to-have).

- Has built roundtable or hosted-dinner programs from scratch

Why Join
- Build the function from scratch: a high-ownership seat owning the full events motion end to end
