- WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE
- Previous experience as caregiver and/or Direct Support Professional
- Provide supervision and guidance for client residents during skills building activities
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans for client residents
- Assist client residents with daily living activities, including medication administration, preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
- Drive to and accompany client residents to doctors appointments
- Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship
- Update resident case notes on a daily basis
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities
