Skills
- Know service, food, and beverage.
- Able to follow directions and work well as a team.
- Previous experience working in a sushi restaurant is a huge plus.
- Handle the table orders, present specials, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, inform customers about food preparation details, and communicate specific customer needs to the chefs.
