We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively move cases forward while delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from start to resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and treatment
- Coordinate medical care and follow up with providers
- Order, organize, and review medical records and billing
- Investigate liability and gather supporting documentation
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and settlement
- Prepare and draft settlement demand packages
- Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of each case
- Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm’s system
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple cases efficiently without sacrificing quality or client experience.
