Experience:
\n
• 60 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
\n
• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience worked in the last 4 months.
\n
Requirements:
\n
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
\n
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
\n
• Local & travel allowed.
\n
• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.
\n

Additional Details:
\n
Required Skills/Experience: Must have 5 years of critical care experience, with 2-3 years in NICU with experience in neonatal intubation.
\n
Unit Details: Level III NICU/neonatal respiratory care. Performs arterial blood gases, ventilator care, bronchoscopies, drainage procedures, and specialty equipment setup.
\n
Shift & Scheduling: No set scheduled days of the week; rotates. On occasion there may be call for neonatal transports.
\n
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
\n
14 days maximum time off
\n
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
\n
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
\n
Driver’s license required
\n
Certifications:
\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
\n
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
\n
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
\n
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
\n
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
