MealsDotKom is a locally owned meal prep company serving thousands of meals each month throughout Southern California.
We're looking for a dependable Production Cook to join our small, hardworking team. This isn't a traditional restaurant line cook position. We work in a fast-paced production kitchen focused on preparing high-quality meals that help people eat well throughout the week.

What You'll Do
- Prepare proteins, vegetables, grains, and sauces according to company recipes
- Cook and portion food accurately and consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with kitchen prep, production, and cleaning
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Support the team wherever needed to complete weekly production
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Coachable and willing to learn
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Committed to producing consistent, high-quality food
Restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Schedule
Our production team works on consistent weekly production days.
We make every effort to provide dependable weekly hours—even during slower weeks—because we value providing stability for our team.
Weekend production availability is required.
