Job Overview
We’re looking for a hardworking Junk Removal Helper to assist our driver with residential and commercial junk removal jobs. This role is physical, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who likes staying active and working hands-on.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with loading & unloading junk, furniture, appliances, and debris

Break down items safely (couches, beds, shelving, etc.)

Keep job sites clean and organized

Help secure loads in truck or trailer

Provide friendly, respectful customer service

Follow safety procedures at all times

Work efficiently to complete same-day jobs
Requirements

Ability to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Reliable transportation to meeting location

On-time, dependable, and positive attitude

Willing to get dirty and work hard

Team-player mindset

Must follow instructions from driver or lead
Preferred (Not Required)

Junk removal, moving, or construction experience

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Basic tool knowledge
