Job DescriptionA very well known, large private practice in Bakersfield, CA is currently searching for a full time General Dentist. This practice has 46 operatories, is fully digital, has an in-house dental lab (the best lab in the state!), a CBCT, a Rayscan, latest version of iTero and intraoral cameras. The practice is PPO/FFS ONLY and they have 12 full time and 3 part time Hygienists, and all Hygiene is assisted. The compensation package includes a daily rate and a percentage of production or collections (they're collecting over 99%) and a full benefits package that includes a 401K with 4% match, 100% of health insurance paid, dental, vision, paid malpractice and paid time off. This is one of the best opportunities to get into a practice with 18 other dentists and really make it your own! This large practice has a lot of fun too - they throw big parties and most of the team is psyched to participate in local community events or charity work.
