The Fuji SMT Operator plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring accurate placement of components on printed circuit boards using Fuji automated SMT lines and mixed manual-automated setups. Working within a medium-sized team of 6-10 members and directly reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role requires precision, technical skill, and the ability to adapt to regular day and night shifts with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate Fuji SMT machines for production runs
- Place electronic components accurately using automated and manual SMT lines
- Apply solder paste according to production standards and specifications
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure product integrity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in surface mount technology (SMT) operation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SMT machine operation
- Experience with solder paste inspection techniques
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
