We are recruiting for a Benefits Assistant for a confidential client in Simi Valley, California.
This is a 4-month temporary assignment through September 30, 2026 with possibility of extension.
Full Time
What You Will Do:
- Process and track benefit premium invoices across medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, COBRA, and supplemental benefits
- Assist with benefit enrollments and deduction setup in payroll and benefits administration systems
- Support wellness events, open enrollment activities, and benefits communications
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries in person and via email
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ year of administrative/office support experience in a confidential setting
- Experience with an ERP or Benefits Administration System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
