About the Position\n
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Richmond, CA.
Pay & Schedule Details\n
- \n
- Pay: $30 Per Hour
- Typical weekly earnings: $1,200 - $1,800
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5am Start time
- Typical shifts: 8–10 hours, with occasional longer days depending on workload

- Route Type: Consistent local routes with pre-loaded materials
- Freight / Load Type: Construction material
- Equipment: Pre-loaded flatbed freight with strapping required (no tarping)
- Handling: No touch freight

Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport general freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, strapping, etc.

Minimum Requirements\n
- \n
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable flatbed driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
