Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of products in a cold storage environment.
- Monitor temperature controls and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold storage area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
