Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated native French-speaking preschool assistant to assist our teachers and assistant teachers in creating a nurturing and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate should be friendly, enjoy working with kids, and demonstrate exceptional patience.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Engage positively with children and provide support as needed.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a dynamic environment where play and learning flourish.
- Assist with daily classroom routines and transitions.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with fluency in spoken and written French.
- Passion for working with young children and a friendly demeanor.
- Patience and understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Certification in early childhood education or related field.
Contract Length:
