Job Description:
We are seeking a Filler I to join our team in a flexible Filling/Bulk Manufacturing role. The successful candidate will support both the Filling and Bulk Formulations departments, depending on production needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with GMP experience looking to expand their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Filling Department:
- Operate a variety of Filling equipment to fill bulk solutions into bottles for product kits.
- Perform visual inspection and labeling of final products to ensure quality standards are met.
Bulk Formulations Department:
- Manufacture bulk solutions ranging from 100 mL to 600 liters using standard laboratory equipment (mixers, pH meters, balances, pipettes, peristaltic pumps, etc.).
- Perform basic calculations and conversions (e.g., mL to L, g to kg, weight-to-volume conversions using density).
- Accurately follow manufacturing protocols and complete documentation (Device History Records) according to GMP guidelines.
General:
- Stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Use pallet jacks to move materials when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior GMP manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written protocols.
- Basic math skills required.
- Must be flexible with work schedule and willing to rotate between departments.
