Job DescriptionSalary: $35-$45/hour DOE
Part-Time Pediatric RN/LVN Concierge Care
Schedule:2 days a week, with an additional 24 days per year to cover staff vacations, etc.

What You'll Do:
- Provide in-office and occasional in-home care to a small number of pediatric patients.
- Support both front and back office operations (vitals, vaccinations, phone triage, care coordination, etc.).
- Communicate warmly and professionally via phone and email.
Work side-by-side with our RN's and our physicians to ensure families receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
What Were Looking For:
- Medical Assistant certification/license required
- Minimum 5 year of experience in outpatient clinical setting, with pediatric experience
- High level of customer service and emotional intelligencemust enjoy building patient rapport
- Outstanding judgment, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions
- Strong computer literacy; must be comfortable working across Apple, G Suite, and multiple EMR platforms
- Detail-oriented and organized; thrives in a calm, low-volume but fast-moving environment
- Adaptability and initiative to contribute to evolving workflows and improvements
- Must be comfortable with high volumes of computer-based tasks (emailing, charting, tracking, and scheduling)
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
